Last night a strange dream slipped into my head, which is a discussion with my Boss about my research project. Document main content here for idea or any other purpose:
"How to combine the data of RACE with ChIP experiment using Pol II antibody ?
The 5'RACE data + ChIP data can manifest Polymerase II bind to the core promoter of certain gene and initiate transcription; while 3'RACE data with poly(A) tail prove that Polymerase II functions well after elongation during the process of transcription. "
