The First China Drosophila Research Conference

"The world is so small, especially for in our research field." I do believe it, not because it was said by an authority on 26-27th,March, CDRC1 (The First China Drosophila Research Conference ，Nanjing), but that I came across Liu Kai, one of my university classmate and now in pursuit for his PhD at Peking University. During the break of this meeting, when talking with someone, a boy gave a slap on my shoulder. "Hey, Qianer! Why are you here?" "It's you!?" I recognized him at first sight. Blabla... To my surprise, another classmate came with him and even at the same lab with him.

Yes, this world is so so small. It may be true that at the corner of this globe, even only in China, one researcher think the same to you, do like you and compete with you! It's Science! NewMan is man! :)

Sichuan earthquake

Horrible! Every Chinese never forget what happened these days in Sichuan earthquake_7.8 since 12th May 14:28. From 19th May 14:28 to 21th May, almost all people around the country are silenced; all recreate activities on the web are freezed, even google's homepage.
When watching many students or old people trapped, I can't stand and tear away. Life is so fragile, but we alive should bless all people died in this catastoph
